You can now create and activate templates in a language other than English.
Look for the option “Base Language” within Template Administration.
When creating a new template, we will default this to your current langauge but giving you the option to change as preferred. Once the template is activated all the labels created for the Template Name, Tabs, Sections and Questions will be saved against the selected Base Language. You can then update any translations as you would normally.
Other Things to Note
- Once a Template has been saved the Base Language cannot be changed, even in new Template versions
- If you create a Template in a Base Language other than English you will not get any automatic Google translations for other lanaguges you have enabled (including English). This functionality may be added at a later date
