AVA mobile app is now able to handle record creation when you are out of network coverage. Based on our customers feedback, we have also enhanced the mobile journey to have better user experience. You will be able to create and save a BBS record online and/or offline which would be visible from the new BBS module overview screen. This will give you greater flexibility to choose a saved record and submit/upload at your convenient time. You can also delete a saved record from the app if you do not wish to submit it.
