We are currently having some issues with the Copy Dashboard feature. We will temporarily be turning this feature off until the issues are resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The fix has now been deployed and we will slowly turn the feature back on for all tenants.
The issue occurred when Dashboards were shared and then copied by the users it was shared with. Those users were able to make changes to particular Tiles, unaware they were changing Tiles on the original users Dashboard.
If you are the owner of a Dashboard that you’ve shared and want some re-assurance that your Dashboard Tiles will not be affected we would recommend making a new copy of your Dashboard, re-share it and delete the original.
